Vik Muniz Photographs I watched an exceptionally interesting arrangement of photos by Vik Muniz called Seeing is Believing. One work that especially grabbed my eye was a photo called â€Å"Big James Sweats Bullets† from the arrangement Sugar Children. The substance or topic of the craftsmanship is authentic. This especially photograph is a representation of a darker looking kid, somewhat overweight, standing and smiling. The photograph is of perfectly masterminded granulated sugar over a bit of dark paper which delivers the picture of the kid. Various tactile properties create the work of art. There is a delicate light that appears to be exceptionally normal falling off the boy’s face. The light sparkles at the boy’s face at a raised level, as though he were outside on a sweltering evening with the sun overhead. There is a wide scope of tones from exceptionally brilliant, in the reflection off the young men cheeks to extremely dim in the skin of the young men face. Muniz works admirably utilizing shadows to give a sentiment of profundity and adding bends to the young men body and face.
